FORCIT has appointed Kristiina Tiilas as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of FORCIT Group, effective September 7th, 2026.
As FORCIT continues its growth journey, technology is playing an increasingly strategic role in driving operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, cybersecurity, innovation, and sustainable business growth.
Kristiina will join FORCIT Group’s Leadership Team. In her role, Kristiina will be responsible for leading FORCIT Group’s ICT and digital development and will work closely with FORCIT’s business areas.
Kristiina brings extensive experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and business development in complex organisational environments. Her appointment will support FORCIT’s ambition to further strengthen its digital capabilities, enhance cyber resilience, and leverage data and emerging technologies to create long-term business value.
