FORCIT has appointed Kaisa Anttila as Group’s Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO). In her new role, Anttila will report to CEO Joakim Westerlund and lead the Group Business Development & Strategy function. Kaisa will also join FORCIT Group’s Leadership Team.
The appointment further strengthens FORCIT’s capabilities to drive continued growth and long-term value creation. Anttila will e.g. be responsible for Group-level strategy development, selected strategic growth initiatives, M&A, as well as selected business development projects.
Anttila has most recently served as Program Director for FORCIT’s new TNT production facility project in Pori, Finland. She will retain an active role in the project while gradually shifting her focus towards her new Group-level responsibilities as the TNT project moves into its next phase.
